Returns & Replacements

Because each OHMYN product is produced in small, deliberate runs, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns for preference, scent interpretation, or change of mind.

That said, we stand behind our work.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue 
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review the issue promptly and, when appropriate, replace the item or make it right. Direct contact allows us to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
